[WYTHE]
COMPANY INFORMATION
Wythe New York is a menswear brand founded by Peter Middleton, a former Ralph Lauren fabric researcher who blends his Texas roots with a Manhattan base to offer a "forward-thinking exploration of lost Americana." The brand's core mission is to recreate iconic, timeless American wardrobe staples—from vintage Western shirts to classic oxford shirts—that possess an authentic "soul" often missing in modern versions. Wythe achieves this through meticulous attention to detail, sourcing high-quality custom fabrics globally, and ensuring superior fit and construction, resulting in durable, stylish garments designed to become cherished heirlooms that age beautifully over time.
Light western style finishing on the back yoke and the front pocket add some great vintage style to a modern cut shirt. The fabric choices are where Wythe really excels. Every choice is subtle but perfectly compliments the season and are washed for a comfortable hand. This version is made from a washed black chambray that will only get better with age.
This unisex sweatshirt combines everyday comfort with casual streetwear styling. The Wythe Crewneck Sweatshirt in Heather Grey features soft cotton-blend construction, a relaxed fit, and ribbed trims, offering a versatile piece perfect for layering or standalone wear.

Wythe has been making this exact chambray workshirt with the same mill and same factory since the very first Spring/Summer Wythe collection. But after all these years, they’ve realized they hadn't tapped into our factory's rich history of embroideries. Working with one of their vintage dealers a few years back, they came across a well-loved denim shirt chock-full of different DIY embroideries. So they passed along some designs they made based on some of the embroideries on that vintage denim shirt, and this is the result.
The embroideries on the cuff are done completely by hand, hence the price. That same chambray workshirt you love, but with just enough flair added to it.
The "Distressed and Sunfaded" colorway is based on an actual shirt pulled from a Kentucky farmhouse that had seen years and years of hard work in the sun. The fade and wear patterns were carefully replicated for an authentic look and feel.

Some of Wythe’s favorite vintage denim finds aren't the typical five pocket jeans, but rather denim chinos, or even jeans with a plain hem. They always seem love those kinds of obscure modifications to an otherwise normal pair of jeans. With that in mind, they redeveloped their lightweight denim chino that we first introduced back in Spring/Summer 2022. Since then they’ve landed on a much more suitable silhouette for the style.
