The SK15 is a part of our fully forged collection of knives. It is a drop forged from a single piece of steel by experienced craftsmen in the traditional knife making town of Solingen, Germany.
Idea for the collection was drawn from the belief that the knife is a tool - maybe even the most essential tool in the kitchen. We took visual cues from the world of traditional metal tools to create a unique signature that is both visually appealing and highly functional.
Looking at how professional chefs hold their knives we developed the open handle: a wrench inspired design that invites you to slide your thumb onto the blade and grab it right at the balancing point.
