We're thrilled to partner with Hermann farms in Hermann, MO (one hour west of St. Louis), as the stunning location for this event. Just steps away from the historic downtown and Amtrak station, Hermann farms offers a beautiful and convenient setting for our camping experience. This location not only provides stunning views and an immersive natural environment but also makes the event transit-friendly, allowing easy access for attendees traveling by train.

Keep in mind that if you plan to camp with us, you are required to have a snow peak tent. This can either be brought, purchased beforehand or rented from us. If you plan to rent, each tent can hold 2 people. (so if you have 4 people in your group - please purchase 2 tickets with camping + rental, and 2 tickets with camping - no rental).

The ticket is an inclusive package that gives you access to breakfast & coffee, a Friday-night community dinner, bar service, demonstrations, activities and more.

Access to all events, micro-excursions, workshops and wellness activities. Including (but not limited to) Birdwatching, Trail Run, Botanical Dye Workshop, Wellness, Meditation, Yoga and more to be announced.

Yes! We encourage you to bring your own gear, our only request is that all attendees are in Snow Peak Tents. These can either be brought, rented from us for a small rental fee, or purchased beforehand from Field Theory or Snow Peak!

We will have complimentary Coffee and Light Breakfast in the mornings, and have a Chef-Lead family style meal on Friday night together along with a Demonstration.
Also, each evening we will have a Complimentary Bar service along with Takibi Time, which includes cocktails, beer and wine.
All other meals are not provided. You are more than welcome to camp and cook, and there are several restaurants just steps away from the premises in downtown Hermann.

Each tent (Amenity Dome M) holds 2 adult. If you are planning to reserve as a group and plan to rent a tent, Please get one ticket for the Admission + Camp + Tent ($195), and book 3 others as Admission + Camp ($165).

Yes! Campers of all ages are encouraged to attend this family-friendly event! Children under 3 years of age do not count towards site head-count and are free.

There will be no showers or “flush toilets” at the campsire, so please plan accordingly. However, there will be one or two centralized areas with portapotties.

Yes! We kindly ask that all campers bring or rent a Snow Peak tent for this event. Beyond that, campers are welcome to bring their personal camping gear to build the rest of their site.

Yes, you will need to bring your camping gear, including cookware, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, several layers of clothing (i.e. rain jacket, fleece sweater, etc.) - anything to help make this a memorable and comfortable camping event.
Please know that Snow Peak staff will provide some chairs for seating during Takibi Time. However, I would still recommend bringing a camp chair to hang out near your campsite when you are not socializing with other campers.

In the instance where you are unable to attend the event, we are happy to offer a full refund 14 days prior to the event.
If, however, you are unable to attend the event after this date, we will not be able to refund you.
